IOFP Ambassador Update

The International Organization of Fire Photography (IOFP) utilizes forward moving people to serve as an "Ambassador" for their country. Not someone that has to work on everything -- but someone who carries issues forward to a group of us that can be efficient with our collective abilities.

- helps fit new concerns into like issues in other countries
- helps analyze (break down issue into smaller parts)
- helps create new concepts to merge issues

Initiates
- Takes it upon themself to initiate a question or confirm concerns
- Does not wait for small questions to build up into problems

Open-Minded
- Values perspectives of others
- Does not think they know everything already
- Does not see problems as barriers
- Stays calm and simply says what they see
- Considers options as opportunities
- Optimistic about future

Motivated
- Sees potential in situations
- Willing to participate (not same as over-eager)

- Appreciates Newbies Interests
- Willing to take questions, issues, and needs to group
- Keeps open communication between people in their country and IOFP
